App versus browser: key differences
The native Android app caches tournament schedules and game metadata, so you load faster and use less data when connectivity is slow. Common installation issues and fixes
If the APK fails to install, confirm that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your device settings—without this toggle, Android rejects third-party installers. A "Certificate error" message means your device's certificate store is outdated; update your system time to the current date and try again. If the app crashes on launch, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → bandarliga → Clear Cache) and reinstall. For users behind corporate or college firewalls, certain domains may be blocked; use a personal mobile hotspot to test if your network is the cause. We recommend minimum 50 MB of free storage for the APK and an additional 100 MB for cached game data.
Data, permissions, and account security
bandarliga requests camera access only for video KYC verification (your ID or passport during account setup) and location access only to comply with jurisdiction restrictions—we do not track your location during gameplay. Your account password is encrypted in transit and at rest. Device fingerprinting helps us detect unauthorized login attempts; if we notice activity from an unfamiliar device, you receive an email alert and are asked to confirm via two-factor authentication. All payment data (local payment, online payment, e-wallet credentials) is submitted through encrypted channels and stored by third-party payment processors, not on our servers. We delete KYC documents 60 days after account closure and keep transaction logs for 7 years for regulatory compliance.
